World Clock Deluxe uses offsets from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and daylight-saving time information to display times in the Clocks palette, in the menu bar and in the Dock. To find a city's standard offset from UTC and daylight-saving time information, connect to the Internet and choose Help > Lookup UTC Offset & DST. Your browser will take you to the time and date.com site. Enter the city's name in the Search for city field and click the Go button. If multiple matches are found, click the city you were looking for and display its Current local time page. The standard offset from UTC is indicated as Standard time zone in the UTC/GMT Offset box. If the city observes daylight-saving time, start and end date for the current year are indicated in the Daylight Saving Time box. If you wish to see how daylight-saving time will change during the next years, click See time changes/daylight saving time in other years. Daylight-saving time information for cities belonging to countries that have fixed daylight-saving time rules can also be obtained (and quickly set) using the DST Rules panel.
