Editing clocks from the Clocks palette

The Clocks palette lets you quickly change a clock's format, apply date and time formats and assign or remove labels.

To edit a clock from the Clocks palette, Shift-click it to display a pop-up menu. To change the clock's format (seconds, weekday, date, date change, local time offset, UTC offset and city, time zone or alternate text), use the Show submenu. To apply a different date or time format, select it in the Date Format or Time Format submenu. To assign or remove a label, use the Label submenu.

To associate a different city or time zone to a clock, edit its alternate text or change multiple settings all at once, Shift-click the clock and choose Edit Clock from the pop-up menu.
