I don't know where to find a new city's daylight-saving time information

To find and quickly set a new city's daylight-saving time information, click the DST Rules button and display the DST Rules panel (if you have already added the city, select it and click Edit: the DST Rules button is in the lower-left corner of the displayed dialog).

Select your city's country or region (e.g. Central Europe) in the list and click the Apply Rule button to enter the corresponding daylight-saving time information.

If your city's country or region isn't available, then it either does not observe daylight-saving time or has no fixed daylight-saving time rule. To lookup your city's daylight-saving information for the current year, connect to the Internet and choose Help > Lookup UTC Offset & DST. Your browser will take you to the time and date.com site.

Enter the city's name in the Search for city field and click the Go button. If multiple matches are found, click the city you were looking for and display its Current local time page.

If the city observes daylight-saving time, start and end date for the current year are indicated in the Daylight Saving Time box. If you wish to see how daylight-saving time will change during the next years, click See time changes/daylight saving time in other years.
