I don't know where to find a new city's UTC offset

To find a city's UTC offset, connect to the Internet and choose Help > Lookup UTC Offset & DST. Your browser will take you to the time and date.com site.

Enter the city's name in the Search for city field and click the Go button. If multiple matches are found, click the city you were looking for and display its Current local time page.

The standard offset from UTC is indicated as Standard time zone in the UTC/GMT Offset box.
