Showing the weather all over the world

To show the current weather in cities from all around the world, choose Pane > Cities & Time Zones and open the Cities & Time Zones pane.

Connect to the Internet, select one or more cities (to select multiple cities hold the Command key or Shift key while you click) and click the Show Weather button. World Clock Deluxe opens the Weather Reports window and starts retrieving weather reports. To cancel the download, click the small X next to the progress bar.

World Clock Deluxe uses the web proxy settings in the Network pane of your System Preferences when retrieving weather reports. If your network uses an HTTP proxy, make sure the settings in the Network pane of System Preferences are correct.

World Clock Deluxe lists the retrieved reports in the Weather Reports window, displaying the date and time of each report, the name of the weather station that issued it and the weather information contained in it.

Errors during the download appear in gray:

World Clock Deluxe displays weather station indicator not available when the selected city has no weather station indicator (most cities in the World Clock Deluxe database have a weather station indicator, but some remote cities, such as Thimphu in Bhutan or Jamestown on Saint Helena, have no weather station), weather report not available when no weather report is currently available on the NOAA's servers for the selected city and recent weather report not available if no recent weather report is currently available on the NOAA's servers for the selected city.

World Clock Deluxe lets you easily show the weather all over a country.

Sort the cities list by country by clicking the Country column heading, select all the cities beloging to a country by holding the Shift key and clicking the country's first and last cities, connect to the Internet and click Show Weather.
