If you didn't receive the email (you might have typed your email address incorrectly when you entered your contact information or your spam filter might have blocked the email) or already deleted it, use Kagi's Order Tracking system, which will provide you the registration code, or contact us at .

I registered my World Clock Deluxe 3.1.2 copy, but a registration reminder keeps appearing at startup. What's wrong? The problem could be due to the fact that you are simultaneously using World Clock Deluxe with two different module hosts. If you think you are using a single module host, Control Strip could be hidden but not disabled: open the Extensions Manager control panel and disable the Control Strip control panel and extension. If you effectively use two module hosts, you should register World Clock Deluxe from each of them. Alternatively, the problem might be due to a corruption of your World Clock Deluxe preferences.
