Change applications or AppleScripts in groups

Application Wizard lets you easily change or update the applications or AppleScripts belonging to a group.

To change an application or AppleScript belonging to a group:

  1. Open Application Wizard.

  2. On macOS 13 or later, choose Application Wizard > Settings. On macOS 12 or 11, choose Application Wizard > Preferences. Then click Groups.

  3. Select the application or AppleScript you want to replace.

  4. Choose “Change Application or Script” from the Action pop-up menu. Browse and select the new application or AppleScript and click Change.
