Open groups automatically when you log in

Application Wizard lets you open groups of applications automatically whenever you log in to your Mac.

To open a group automatically when you log in:

  1. Open Application Wizard.

  2. On macOS 13 or later, choose Application Wizard > Settings. On macOS 12 or 11, choose Application Wizard > Preferences. Then click Groups.

  3. Select the group in the list.

  4. Select the “Open automatically” checkbox. If you want to hide the applications belonging to the group after they open automatically, select the Hide checkbox.

Note: Application Wizard does not run AppleScripts when it opens groups automatically at login.
