A bug which caused the Open, Quit, Switch, and Special menus to appear as scrolling menus (displaying a reduced number of items and a downward-pointing indicator as if they did not fit onscreen) on macOS 10.3 when the Dock was always visible and positioned on the bottom of the screen and the menu panel was placed on the bottom of the screen or in the left or right bottom corner has been fixed.

When running in German, Application Wizard did not prevent custom applications from being hidden when the Hide Others command was chosen despite their “Do not hide on Hide Others” option had been selected. In addition to that, the state of the “Do not hide on Hide Others” checkbox in the German Application Wizard could be incorrect (i.e. checked despite the option had never been selected or unchecked despite the option had been selected). The problem, which was due to a mistake in the German resources, has been fixed.
