The incompatibilities with macOS 10.7 Lion have been solved.
On Lion, Application Wizard lets you now disable or enable window restoration for specific applications. To edit window restoration settings, open the Resume pane of the Application Wizard preferences.
On Lion, you can now open applications without restoring their windows by holding down the Command and Option keys while displaying the Open menu.
On Lion, you can now quit applications and close (or keep) their windows by holding down the Command and Option keys while displaying the Quit menu.
On Lion, you can now show a confirmation message when choosing Restart, Shut Down, or Log Out from the Special menu. To show the confirmation message and specify whether restoring windows when you log back in, hold down the Option key while displaying the Special menu.
On Lion, the Library item can now be added to the Special menu. In addition to that, you can quickly show the Library folder in the Home submenu by holding down the Option key while displaying the Special menu.
The default keyboard shortcuts for the Open, Quit, Switch, and Special menus have been changed, so that now the default Quit menu shortcut doesn’t conflict with Lion’s “Quit and Close All Windows” shortcut (Command-Option-Q).
The iPhoto Library submenu has been revised and displays the new iPhoto monochrome icons.
An incompatibility with macOS 10.6 that caused the menu panel to disappear after automatic graphics switching on 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pros has been fixed.
