The incompatibilities with macOS 26 Tahoe have been solved.
Application Wizard has adopted the new macOS 26 Tahoe design.
The menu panel has been redesigned. The new panel is rounded and floats gracefully under the menu bar or along the left, bottom, or right side of the screen.
The Special menu lets you now preview applications, too.
The “Show package contents” option has been introduced in the Previews pane of Application Wizard Settings (macOS 13 or later) or Application Wizard Preferences (macOS 12 or 11). When selected, it lets you display package contents when previewing file packages and applications in the Special menu. The possibility to view package contents by holding down the Control key when selecting a package in the Special menu is no longer supported on macOS 15 or later.
The incompatibilities with the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air notch have been solved.
Card headers in the Contacts submenu have been revised to match the new design of Contacts on macOS 26 Tahoe.
When multiple logged-in users are connected to servers or shared computers, a bug that could cause Application Wizard to quit unexpectedly when you tried to display the Special menu or, when the menu was displayed, could cause it to include extra blank volume items, has been fixed.
A bug that caused, under certain circumstances, multiple overlapping menu panels to be displayed has been fixed.
A bug that caused the Eject icon, displayed when holding down the Option or Control key to quickly eject a volume, to remain visible in the Special menu when icons in menus are hidden, has been fixed.
Some other minor improvements and fixes have been introduced.
Application Wizard has a new icon with a Liquid Glass design.
