Open files with specific applications

When previews are enabled, the Special menu lets you easily open files with specific applications. You can for instance open a tab-delimited text file using Excel or a JPEG image file using Photoshop.

To open a file with a specific application:

Select the file in the Special menu and choose an application from the Open With submenu.
If the application is already running, you can also quickly choose it from the Open With Running Application submenu.
