World Clock Deluxe provides over 1,600 cities from all around the world, but you can add other cities if you need them.
Choose View > Cities & Time Zones.
Click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the cities list and choose New City.
Type your new city's name and country in the City and Country fields.
Enter the indicator of the closest weather station in the "Weather station indicator" field. Remote cities may not have a weather station.
Enter your new city's geographical coordinates in the Latitude and Longitude fields. To switch to South latitudes and West longitudes, click the N/S and E/W button, respectively.
Enter your new city's standard offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To switch to negative UTC offsets, click the +/- button.
If your new city observes daylight-saving time, select the "Daylight-saving time" checkbox, choose "Part of the year" or "All year round" from the pop-up menu, and specify the adjustment from standard to daylight time (usually it's 1 hour).
If daylight-saving time is observed just during the summer, specify a start and end date. If your city suspends daylight-saving time and then resumes it, click the Add (+) button to add a second period and specify the start and end date of the second period. To remove a period, click the Delete (-) button.
Type your new city's standard time zone abbreviation in the "Standard time zone" field or choose it from the Time Zones pull-down menu. If your city observes daylight-saving time, type its daylight time zone abbreviation in the "Daylight time zone" field or choose it from Time Zones pull-down menu.
Click OK to close the dialog and add the new city.
