The incompatibilities with macOS 10.10 Yosemite have been solved.

Daylight-saving time information for Russia, Crimea, Belarus, and Fiji has been updated. Russia and Crimea returned to permanent winter time at 2:00 AM on October 26, 2014 and Belarus switched from Eastern Europe Summer Time (EEST) all year round to Moscow Time (MSK). Fiji will observe daylight-saving time from November 2, 2014 to January 18, 2015.
The offset from UTC of 10 Russian cities has been updated after the Samara, Udmurtia, Kemerovo, Zabaykalsky, Magadan, Chukotka, and Kamchatka regions moved to a different time zone and Russia brought its time zones back to 11 on October 26, 2014. Edited cities are:

The city of Srednekolymsk in the Sakha Republic in Russia and Srednekolymsk Time (SRET) have been added to the World Clock Deluxe database. SRET (UTC+11) was introduced on October 26, 2014 and is used in part of the Sakha Republic and in the North Kuril Islands.
The city of Luhansk in Ukraine has been added to the World Clock Deluxe database and the offset from UTC of Donetsk, Ukraine has been updated. The Luhansk People's Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic, two self-proclaimed states in Eastern Ukraine, have moved to Moscow Time (MSK) on October 26, 2014.
The city of Buka in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville in Papua New Guinea has been added to the World Clock Deluxe database. The Autonomous Region of Bougainville, geographically part of the Solomon Islands archipelago, will move to UTC+11 at 2:00 AM on December 28, 2014.

The city of Arawa in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville in Papua New Guinea has been added to the World Clock Deluxe database. The Autonomous Region of Bougainville moved from UTC+10 to UTC+11 at 2:00 AM on December 28, 2014.
Two time zones have been added to the World Clock Deluxe database. New time zones are Bougainville Standard Time (BST) and Macquarie Island Standard Time (MIST).
Daylight-saving time information for Brazil, Egypt, Morocco, and Western Sahara has been updated. Due to Carnival, daylight-saving time in Brazil will end one week later in 2015, on the fourth Sunday in February. Daylight-saving time in Egypt, that was reintroduced in May 2014, will start on the last Friday in April and end at midnight on the last Thursday in September next year. Egypt, Morocco, and Western Sahara will suspend DST during Ramadan, which in 2015 will start on June 18 and end on July 17.

Daylight-saving time information for Fiji has been corrected. This year, daylight-saving time in Fiji will end at 3:00 AM on January 18, 2015.
Cities, Time Zones, DST Rules 4.12.1.4 - February 2015
Mexico has now a fourth time zone (Sureste) after the state of Quintana Roo moved from Central Standard Time (UTC-6) to Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) at 2:00 AM on February 1, 2015. Quintana Roo is not supposed to observe daylight-saving time in future.
The Mexican cities of Chetumal and Playa del Carmen in the state of Quintana Roo have been added to the World Clock Deluxe database.
Daylight-saving time information for Chile has been updated. The Chilean government announced that Chile will not switch back to standard time on April 26, 2015 and will observe daylight-saving time all year round.
