The city of Famagusta in the Turkish-controlled part of Cyprus has been added to the World Clock Deluxe database. Northern Cyprus followed Turkey and now observes daylight-saving time all year round, while the rest of Cyprus switched back to standard time on the last Sunday in October.
The offset from UTC of the Antarctic stations Casey and Concordia has been updated. Both stations moved from UTC+8 to UTC+11.
Daylight-saving time information for Tonga has been updated. Tonga reintroduces DST this year, starting on the first Sunday in November and ending on the third Sunday in January.

The offset from UTC of Saratov, Russia has been updated. The Saratov Oblast moved from UTC+3 to UTC+4 at 2:00 AM on December 4, 2016.
Cities, Time Zones, DST Rules 4.15.3.4 - March 2017
Daylight-saving time information for Haiti, Iran, Mongolia, Morocco, Western Sahara, the US Antarctic station Palmer, and the Region of Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica in Chile has been updated. Haiti reintroduced daylight-saving time on March 12, 2017. Iran will observe DST from March 22 to September 22 in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Mongolia canceled daylight-saving time this year. Morocco and Western Sahara will suspend DST during Ramadan, presumably from May 21 to July 2, 2017. Palmer Station and the Region of Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica abolished the switch to standard time and will observe daylight-saving time all year round.
