Menus settings

Choose the menu you want to customize.

Choose Palette to customize the pop-up menu which is displayed when you click a clock in the palette. Choose Dock to customize the menu that appears when you press and hold the World Clock Deluxe icon in the Dock. Choose Menu bar to customize the World Clock Deluxe status menu towards the right end of the menu bar.

Select the "Show weekday", "Show date", and "Show time" checkboxes to display your local date and time in the menu you are customizing.

Use the "Show weekday" and "Show date" pop-up menus to specify the format of your local weekday and date. Select the "Display seconds" and "Display UTC offset" checkboxes if you want to show your local time with seconds and offset from UTC.

Select to display clocks in the menu you are customizing. Use the pop-up menu to specify which clocks should appear in the menu.

Choose All to list all your clocks in the menu.

If you are customizing the Clocks palette pop-up menu, choose "Palette clocks" to list only the clocks that are visible in the palette and "Other clocks" to list only the clocks that aren't visible in the palette.

If you are customizing the Dock menu, choose "Dock clocks" to list only the clocks that are visible in the Dock and "Other clocks" to list only the clocks that aren't visible in the Dock.

If you are customizing the World Clock Deluxe status menu, select "Menu bar" clocks to list only the clocks that are visible in the menu bar and "Other clocks" to list only the clocks that aren't visible in the menu bar.

Showing clocks in the Clocks palette pop-up menu or in the World Clock Deluxe status menu lets you copy times to the Clipboard.

Select if the menu you are customizing should display when your clocks will switch to daylight-saving or standard time and mark clocks that are about to change with an asterisk (*).

Use the "Use date format" pop-up menu to specify the format of transition dates.
