Disable previews of music and movies

By default, Application Wizard previews audio and video files, but you can choose not to automatically play them.

To disable previews of music or movies:

  1. Open Application Wizard.

  2. On macOS 13 or later, choose Application Wizard > Settings. On macOS 12 or 11, choose Application Wizard > Preferences. Then click Previews.

  3. Deselect the “Play music” checkbox to disable automatic audio file previews and deselect the “Play movies” checkbox to disable automatic video file previews. Alternatively, you can disable previews just for specific types of audio and video files.
