Rounding

To change the rounding of a currency:

1. Choose File > Currencies.

2. Select the currency in the list.

3. Click the amount in the Rounding column and choose a new rounding from the pop-up menu.

To quickly change the rounding of the active currency:

Use the Rounding pop-up menu. On macOS 11 or later, the Rounding pop-up menu is in the converter’s toolbar. On macOS 10.15 or earlier, the Rounding pop-up menu is in the converter’s bottom bar.

Note: The rounding in the Rounding pop-up menu appears bracketed when it is temporarily greater then the selected rounding. A temporary rounding is automatically applied every time the selected rounding would exceed Currency Assistant’s calculation precision.
