You can edit single currencies or quickly change groups of currencies.
Choose File > Currencies.
Double-click the currency in the list or select it and click the Get Info button in the toolbar. Change the currency as needed and click OK.
Edit the currency directly from the list. To edit a symbol, group, or euro rate, click it, type a new text or value, and press Return. To change the source used to automatically update the currency’s rate, click the abbreviation in the Update column and choose a source from the pop-up menu. To change the currency’s rounding, click the amount in the Rounding column and choose a rounding from the pop-up menu.
Currency Assistant lets you easily apply the same change to multiple currencies: you can for example add more currencies to the Add Currency and Switch Currency menus, change the name of a group, or assign the same rates update source to multiple currencies.
Choose File > Currencies.
Select the currencies and click the Get Info button in the toolbar.
To select currencies that are next to each other (contiguous) in the list, press the Shift key and then click the first and last currency; to select currencies that are not next to each other in the list, press the Command key and then click each currency.
To assign the same symbol or group to all the selected currencies, type the new symbol or group in the corresponding field.
If you want that Currency Assistant uses the same source to automatically update rates for all the selected currencies, choose it from the Update pop-up menu.
Note: Each source provides a different group of rates. Dashed sources allow you to update rates just for some of the selected currencies.
To apply the same rounding to all the selected currencies, choose it from the Rounding pop-up menu.
To add or remove the selected currencies from the Add Currency and Switch Currency menus, choose Yes or No from the "Show in Menu" pop-up menu.
Click OK close the dialog and change the selected currencies.
